Some of them sound vague in the beginning, but soon after the team was able to understand how they can benefit from being
- Focused and Committed (working on one project full-time or having a consistent Spring Backlog),
- Open (closer collaboration with the Product Owner; having stakeholders and/or users at Sprint Review; or even sharing this article and other best practices within and outside the Company)
Hopefully, the values of Respect and Courage were in the DNA of the team members since day one and we did not have to address it specifically.
