The main purpose of using it as a Retro format was only to save time on having additional workshop as Spotify originally proposes. The benefit I see is that is not only “yet another tool” to foster discussions, but also helps the team to self-assess and observe changes if applied on the regular basis.
There is also a more detailed description for each topic provided on the facilitator’s card which I read aloud before voting.
