They measured it based on the feedback received from the stakeholders at our Sprint Reviews. Since the product developed by this team is mainly being used within the company, we’ve measured the average amount of time saved per user of the system after a change took place or a new feature has been added. That metric has a direct correlation to finances when it comes down to the Customer Support Center work, for example.
